No Refunds Policy

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds for any purchases—whether physical or digital—under any circumstances. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
 

Physical Books - ONLY SHIPPED IN SOUTH AFRICA
 

Once shipped, physical books are non-returnable and non-refundable. We do not accept returns due to:
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong item
• Duplicate purchases
 

Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case that your physical book arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

While we do not offer refunds, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.
 

To qualify:
• Email us at info@footprints-store.com with a photo of the damaged item and packaging.
• Include your order number and details of the issue.
Digital Books (eBooks, PDFs, etc.)
 

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital book sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file is delivered via download or email, it cannot be returned, and no refund will be issued.
 

Please ensure compatibility with your device and review product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.
